The Leadership Table · Barn Retreat, Baambrugge

Keep the Success. Stop Paying for It.

You built the company, your business, the team and the title. Nobody told you that every year of leading also costs you something. Not in euros. In sleep, in presence, in conversations you kept postponing, in the version of you that quietly stopped showing up at home.

No invoice ever lists those costs, so nobody ever adds them up. You pay in small amounts, every week, and call it the job.

Time

18:00 – 21:00

Table

Twelve seats · dinner by Fresh Table

01No panels. No pitching. No business cards.

One table, three courses, and questions your board would never dare to ask.

On Friday 27 November, twelve founders, directors and CEOs sit down at Barn Retreat in Baambrugge to write that invoice themselves, and to decide what stops.

Yasmina, founder of Fresh Table, cooks the dinner. Between the courses, you write your own invoice, sit in the chair of the leader you show and the leader you are, and choose what you keep, what you return and what you release before 2027 collects.

You leave knowing what you have been paying, who has been paying it for you, and what ends in January. The success stays. The silent price does not.

02The fourth and last table of 2026.

Twelve seats.

Every seat is held for one leader, and every seat is released the moment another leader claims it. Reply to reserve yours. Your payment link follows straight after, and your seat is yours once it is paid.

Dietary wishes or allergies: share them by Saturday 21 November at the latest, so Yasmina can prepare every course for you.

Which seat at this table would you regret leaving empty in January? And who is already sitting in it if you wait?
