Women Who Build Rooms is a positioning event for high-level female leaders who no longer need to prove themselves, but who are ready to build the spaces where power is shaped, decisions are made, and legacy is built.
A curated group of ±80 participants. No panels about women in leadership, just leadership exercised and owned. This is where strategy meets authority.

10:00: Opening & curated welcome
Intentional start, no casual mingle. Set the tone from the first minute.
10:30–12:30: Keynotes
High-level perspectives on power, positioning, and what it means to lead from the top.
13:30–15:30: Workshops
Small-group working sessions. Facilitated by Paola Brignoli. Action-oriented, not theoretical.
15:30–17:30: Curated leadership conversations
Structured dialogue. Real decisions, real stakes, real room.
